Conferences have long been an important part of business development in affiliate marketing and iGaming.
A single day offline can bring several partner meetings, introductions to new teams and advertisers, discussions that might otherwise take weeks to finalize online, and a much clearer understanding of what is actually happening in the market right now.
That is why the AFFPRO team will continue attending key industry events throughout the rest of 2026.
Kyiv, Lisbon, Warsaw, and Rome are already confirmed on our calendar, while several other international conferences are still under consideration.

Here is where you can meet the AFFPRO team before the end of the year, what we expect from each event, and why we consider face-to-face meetings an important part of working in affiliate marketing.
01🇺🇦 Conversion Forum Kyiv
September 15, 2026
Kyiv, Ukraine
We are starting the autumn conference season in Kyiv.
Conversion Forum Kyiv will bring together affiliate marketing professionals, media buying teams, advertisers, affiliate networks, company founders, and executives in one place.
For AFFPRO, the Kyiv event is first and foremost an opportunity to meet the Ukrainian professional community in person.
Many of the people we communicate with every day on Telegram are much easier to build stronger relationships with when we get the chance to meet face to face a few times a year.
Our main focus at the conference will be meeting existing partners, connecting with new teams and advertisers, discussing current market needs, and exploring potential joint projects.
For us, it is less about the number of new contacts and more about the quality of communication with the people and companies operating in the same market as we do.
02🇵🇹 SBC Summit Lisbon
September 29 - October 1, 2026
Lisbon, Portugal
Our next stop is one of the largest events on our calendar.
SBC Summit brings together representatives from across the international gambling industry: operators, affiliate companies, technology providers, payment solutions, advertising teams, and business leaders.
For AFFPRO, Lisbon is primarily an opportunity to expand our international partnerships.
We are going there to meet advertisers and partners from different countries, discuss new markets and products, connect with new companies, and explore opportunities to expand cooperation.
Large international conferences provide a particularly clear view of where the industry as a whole is heading — not just individual market players.
Which countries are attracting the most attention? Which partnership models are gaining momentum? What challenges are operators and partners discussing most often? Which directions are major teams planning to develop?
Very often, face-to-face conversations provide much more insight into the state of the market than dozens of messages in professional channels.
03🇵🇱 Conversion Forum Warsaw
October 14, 2026
Warsaw, Poland
In October, the AFFPRO team will return to Conversion Forum — this time in Warsaw.
The event is more compact than large international exhibitions and is focused specifically on affiliate and digital marketing.
We value events like this because they create opportunities for more focused and substantive meetings.
Large international conferences allow you to see the market on a broad scale. Smaller industry-specific events often make it easier to have more meaningful conversations with the right people.
In Warsaw, we want to continue building relationships within the European professional community, meet teams we already work with, and connect with new potential partners.
04🇮🇹 SiGMA World 2026, Rome
November 2 - 5, 2026
Rome, Italy
We are starting November with one of the biggest iGaming events of the season.
SiGMA Central Europe brings together representatives of the gambling industry, technology companies, operators, affiliate networks, advertisers, and service providers from around the world.
For AFFPRO, conferences of this scale are particularly valuable because of their international reach and the diversity of companies attending.
We expect to see a high concentration of advertisers, operators, affiliate companies, service providers, and technology partners from different markets.
Our goal is not simply to collect as many contacts as possible.
What matters much more is understanding which connections can develop into real cooperation after Rome: new direct advertisers, products, markets, partnerships, and solutions across different AFFPRO business areas.
05🇵🇱 AFFHUB CONNECT WARSAW MEETUP
November 19, 2026
Warsaw, Poland
AFFHUB CONNECT WARSAW closes the confirmed part of our 2026 conference calendar.
This event has a very different format.
It is not a multi-day international exhibition, but a focused gathering of professionals from the affiliate market. Events like this are valuable because they bring together people who work directly with traffic, products, affiliate programs, and industry services.
We appreciate these formats because they allow for more focused and in-depth conversations with the market.
Not every event that delivers business value needs tens of thousands of attendees or a huge exhibition floor.
Sometimes one evening with the right audience can generate more high-quality connections than several days at a large-scale conference.
That is why our main focus in Warsaw will be engaging with the professional community, making new connections, meeting teams, and exploring opportunities for future partnerships.
06And This May Not Be the Full Calendar Yet
Confirmed events do not necessarily constitute AFFPRO’s final list for 2026. We are currently considering two additional conferences:
SiGMA South Asia 2026 — one of SiGMA’s key events for South Asian markets, a region that is attracting increasing attention from international companies.
Affiliate World Asia 2026 — a major international affiliate and digital marketing conference that traditionally brings together teams, advertisers, affiliate networks, and advertising platforms from around the world.
AFFPRO’s participation in these events has not yet been confirmed, so our final calendar may still expand.
07Are Conferences Still Worth Attending in 2026?
When most business matters can be handled online and a meeting with a partner can be arranged almost at any time, a natural question arises: how relevant are conferences still for business?
In our view, they remain highly relevant. But simply attending a conference does not automatically mean the trip will deliver results.
The value of these events lies in the opportunity to meet a large number of existing and potential partners face to face within a short period of time, discuss new opportunities, gain a better understanding of the market, and reach agreements that could take much longer through online communication alone.
At the same time, the outcome of a conference depends heavily on preparation. Teams need to understand in advance who they want to meet, what they want to discuss, and what result they expect from the trip.
08How We Measure the Value of Conferences
At the AFFPRO Promotion Team, we see conferences as more than just an opportunity to increase brand visibility or collect as many new contacts as possible.
AFFPRO Promotion Team comment:
“For us, working on a conference begins long before the event itself. We identify who the team needs to meet, schedule meetings, and plan communication and activities. After the conference, we no longer look at the number of contacts — we look at what those contacts actually turned into. A good result means clear next steps: a new partnership, a product test, continued negotiations, another meeting, or stronger cooperation with an existing partner. That is how we measure the real value of a conference.”

But there is another important question: do conferences actually pay off from a business perspective?
AFFPRO CEO – Vadym addressed this directly in a long-form interview on our YouTube channel. He shared his perspective on whether conference trips justify the investment and what kind of outcome can truly make an event worthwhile for a company.

So for AFFPRO, the question today is not simply “Should we attend this conference?” but rather “What specific result do we want to get from this trip?”
That is the mindset AFFPRO is bringing into the final part of 2026.
Kyiv → Lisbon → Warsaw → Rome → Warsaw.
If you are also planning to attend one of these events, let’s meet in person.
Contact the AFFPRO team in advance to schedule a meeting and discuss potential opportunities for cooperation.
